Feel Good Eating – Having always been a coffee drinker, I really enjoy “warm liquid” in the morning hours. Lately I have been having a bit of a different breakfast and thought I’d share in case you are looking for ideas.. – 1-1 1/2 cup chicken broth (preferably home made) – half a small avocado cubed – 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil Heat up your broth, add coconut oil and avocado, let rest for a minute before drinking.
