Our Thanksgiving Meal

Paleo on a Budget – Clockwise, starting at the top:

Roasted vegetables (Brussels sprouts, carrots, broccoli stems)
Spaghetti squash
Fried potatoes
Paula Deen’s sweet potato souffle (minus the flour and about 1/2 the sugar) because it’s not Thanksgiving unless you have some sort of dessert!  😉
